What to wear
Comfortable clothing such as a tracksuit or loose trousers is ideal. Pilates is usually done with socks on or in bare feet.
You will spend thirty minutes with a chartered physiotherapist. They will firstly ascertain your needs and goals for the program. They will then assess your posture in sitting and standing and advise you as appropriate. The analysis of your assessment will be given to one of our certified Pilates instructors and you will then spend thirty minutes with them working on an exercise program tailored to your needs.
£60.00 per session which includes:
30 minutes with a highly skilled and expert Chartered Physiotherapist
30 minutes with a pilates instructor
